Once you’ve paid for your NY experience, you’ll be redirected to a page containing your voucher (this will also be contained in your confirmation email). Simply print your voucher at home or bring a copy on your smartphone to a City Sights NY Visitor Centre (these will also be listed on your voucher) to collect your ticket(s).

If you’ve changed your mind about a purchase made via City Sights NY, you’ll need to request a refund in writing within 30 days of the tour and you must include your original tickets and/or vouchers for proof of purchase. You’ll need to send your refund request to Quality Control, 1430 Broadway, Suit 507, New York, NY 10018.
