The cancellation policy depends on the type of Extended Stay America reservation you book. In general, reservations must be cancelled by 6 p.m. local hotel time on the day of arrival, otherwise the first night’s stay will be charged as a 'No Show Fee'. If you find a lower rate for the same hotel, dates, and room type on a qualified travel website, submit a Best Rate Guarantee claim form within 24 hours of booking. Make sure to do so at least 72 hours before check-in. If approved, you will get a new confirmation with a 10% discount within 24–48 hours.

Extended Stay America welcomes your furry companions at its pet-friendly Extended Stay hotels. You can bring your loved ones with you. Extended Stay America allows a maximum of two pets in each suite. Please note a non-refundable cleaning fee of $25 per day per pet for the first six nights and a $10 non-refundable fee for each day after that.
