If your order must be returned due to damages, let customer service know and they’ll either send you a new box or refund you for the order. If your shipment is returned to the warehouse due to a refusal or there wasn’t someone available after three delivery attempts, you can still request a refund, but you will be charged a $20 restocking fee.
