Yes! There's a one year warranty on new products, and a limited 90 day warranty on refurbished products. If you think there's an issue with your Fitbit that comes under warranty, just get in touch with the team and they will make it right.

What's the Fitbit returns policy?

If you changed your mind about your purchase, you can return it for a refund within 45 days. You'll need to request an RMA and send items back with the original packaging and accessories, in unused condition.
