How are the seats assigned when buying through Goldstar?

Some e-tickets assign you to seats automatically and that information will come through with the order. Other than that the external event organizers will assign the seats, or with general admissions seats you pick your seats when you arrive.

What if I want to sit with my friends?

Tickets bought together will be assigned seats together. If you're buying tickets separately, you can use the Sit with Friends feature to make sure you're all sat together when you order. If you've already ordered however you can contact their customer service team at help@goldstar.com and they should be able to organize it for you.

Do Goldstar provide tickets with accessibility features?

Yes, purchase your tickets like normal and then email their team at help@goldstar.com or by replying to the confirmation email.

How do I use my Goldstar coupon?

Firstly you need to sign up if you're not already a member. From there you can pick and book your event and use your coupon code when checking out.

How do I receive my Goldstar tickets?

When you checkout it will tell you how your tickets can be claimed. A lot of them are through will-call which means your name will be on a list at the event so you just need to bring a photo ID to pick them up. You can change the name on the tickets if needs be by visiting 'Your Tickets' in your account and selecting 'Change Name'.

Can I get a refund from Goldstar?

Yes, you can either cancel your tickets for Goldstar credit or exchange your tickets before the event ticket sale ends. Certain events do not allow cancellation but it will tell you that on the page before you buy.
