How do I use my hint coupon code?

Once you’ve stocked up on all your water and sunscreen needs and have a nice full basket, simply proceed to checkout and enter your coupon or promo code when prompted to receive exclusive discounts off your purchase.

When will my hint delivery arrive?

Receive your hint, hint fizz or hint kick delivery to any street address within the US. Orders are processed in hint’s warehouse Monday to Friday within 2 business days following ordering and should arrive at your door within 3 – 6 business days once shipped. You’ll receive a tracking number with your confirmation email so you can keep an eye on your order as it comes to you.

What is the hint returns policy?

Although hint doesn’t accept returns or exchange requests, if your order was damaged during shipping, you’ve received the wrong order or you believe there’s something wrong with your product, contact hint’s Customer Service Team by filling out their online form or emailing hello@drinkhint.com for a replacement or store exchange credit.

Where is my nearest hint store?

Hint have a range of authorized retailers across the US. To find your nearest store, simply enter your location on their store locator feature on their website and click ‘search’.

Can I get a hint subscription for regular deliveries?

If you want to keep your home or office stocked with delicious hint water you can select a hint subscription to receive shipments of water every 14, 30 or 60 days. To take advantage of this, simply click the “subscription” option on the product page before checking out.

What’s the hint cancellation policy?

Once you’ve ordered your hint water or sunscreen you can cancel or amend your order before it ships by contacting the hint Customer Support Team. If your order has already shipped you will need to contact FedEx to request a cancellation of the shipment or refuse delivery on the door.

If you wish to cancel or amend an ongoing subscription you can do so through your online account in the “subscriptions” section.
