Get your money back when cancelling IDrive

Should you decide that your project or home computer does not require IDrive’s support, simlply cancel your online account within 15 days of creating it in order to get a full refund (applies to both monthly and yearly subscriptions). Refunds are not accepted after this window except for when yearly subscribers can prove a technical issue that has affected their service.
