How do I use my Raise promo code?

Select an offer, copy the code, and follow the link to the Raise website where you can browse for your gift cards of choice. When you’ve loaded your cart with cards, enter the checkout process and either sign in to your Raise account or choose to check out as a guest. Click the ‘Add a promo code’ tab when you reach the Order Summary, and paste your code into the box provided. All that’s left to do is hit ‘Apply’ to redeem your discount.

How much does Raise charge for shipping?

Physical gift cards will be delivered by USPS in 3-14 business days while eGift cards and vouchers will be delivered instantly to your Raise account. However, please be aware that eGift cards and vouchers may take up to 24 hours for processing.

What is the Raise returns policy?

Every Raise order is backed by a 1-year Money-Back Guarantee. This means that for up to one year from the original date of purchase, Raise will cover cards that are not active, display an inaccurate balance, and any other issues with your order.
