Can I swap my old phone for a new one with Visible?

Yes! You can swap old Androids phones and get a brand new Visible R2 smartphone in its place. Visit the swap page for more info and to check if your model qualifies.

Which phones support a Visibleplan?

Android and Apple phones can sign up with Visible Wireless, although a few makes are not covered. For a quick check if your phone qualifies, just visit the compatibility checker. If you haven’t got a make that works, fear not. Keep and eye on the social media channels and they’ll let you know as any different makes become available.

Can I change my phone number when I join Visible?

Of course! If you want to get a new number just select the option during the checkout. Similarly if you want to keep your old number, you can opt to do this then. If you’ve already joined, fear not, you can text the Visible customer service team on @99370 and they’ll help sort it out.

Do I need to keep the Visible app even after I’ve paid and signed up?

If you’re worried about storage then you can delete the Visible app and everything will still work exactly the same as before. However, it does make managing your account much easier, so Visible recommend you keep it.
