How do I use my Winc promo code?

Get the most out of your Winc wines by shopping with a promo code for great savings! To use your code, go ahead and add your chosen wines to your shopping cart and enter your code where prompted. If no code is required, your savings will be automatically applied.

How much does Winc shipping cost?

If you’re not a Winc Member, shipping costs a flat rate of $15 for all orders. If you’re a Winc Member, shipping costs $9 for orders of 3 bottles of wine, or is completely free if you order 4 or more bottles!

What happens if I don’t like the wine I purchase from Winc?

If for any reason you’re not totally satisfied with the wine you’ve received from Winc, contact their customer services team asap to receive a credit towards another wine of your choosing in your next shipment! Be sure to include the name of the wine you didn’t enjoy as well so that Winc can tailor your recommendations accordingly.

Do I need to be home to sign for my Winc delivery?

As Winc deliveries contain alcohol products, someone over 21 MUST be present to sign for any Winc orders. If you know you’re not going to be in to accept your shipment, you can schedule your order to go to a FedEx Office location near you for collection.

How do I change the wines I’ve added to my Winc subscription?

No matter how much you love a particular wine, there’s never any harm in trying something new! You can easily edit the wines in your box via your Winc Account. Do so online after signing in to your account.
