- A full refund will be issued if 4 cigars or fewer have been smoked or cut.
- A pro-rated refund/credit will be provided if more than 4 cigars have been smoked or cut.
Boxes/Bundles of 10–15 cigars
- Must be returned within 40 days of delivery.
- A full refund will be issued if 1 cigar or fewer has been smoked or cut.
- A pro-rated refund/credit will be provided if more than 1 cigar has been smoked or cut.
Samplers and 5-Packs
- Must be returned within 40 days from delivery.
- A full refund will be issued if 1 cigar or fewer has been smoked or cut.
- A pro-rated refund/credit will be provided if more than 1 cigar has been smoked or cut.
Please do not return any cut or smoked cigars, as this may affect your refund.
Accessories must be returned within 40 days from delivery (some items may have longer warranties through the manufacturer. Best Cigar Prices will assist you in working with the manufacturer in these cases.)
Delivery is defined by carrier tracking information.
For all returns, shipping charges will only be refunded/credited back in the event the item being returned was defective, an item that you didn't order, or something that was damaged in transit.
Any free bonus items or “add on” items that were attached to the item being returned must also be returned in order to receive full credit.
