As a company headquartered in New York, select destinations along the East coast will have their goods delivered within 1-2 business days, whilst states going west will have their items in either 2-3 or 3-4 business days depending on the state. The base shipping method for each region comes free regardless. Where available, packages can be bumped up to 1-day shipping for an extra $25, or 2-day shipping for $15. Can I return items to Bonobos?

Any unwanted items can be returned via either mail or in-person at a local Guideshop up to 45 days after the date of purchase for a full refund – on condition they’re unworn, unwashed and unaltered.
