If you are items are unused and in their original condition, you will be eligible for a full refund. If you've lost the returns card that came with your delivery, simply get in touch with customer service to initiate a return.

Note that if an item is broken when it arrives with you, or is defective, Lenox will replace the item totally free of charge.
