When will I receive my NASM delivery?

Once you’ve ordered your ideal NASM package, you’ll receive an email from FedEx with a tracking confirmation as soon as your package has been shipped. This will enable you to keep an eye on your order from the warehouse to your door.

What is the NASM returns policy?

NASM offer a 28 day return period in which you can request to cancel your purchase. If you would prefer to try before you buy, NASM also offer a 7 day free trial for their NASM-CPT program which you can take advantage of without needing to place any deposit.

Can I buy a NASM gift card online?

Although NASM don’t offer a gift card option, you could refer a friend to their services for the chance to receive account credit or other rewards.

What’s the NASM cancellation policy?

If you wish to cancel your NASM monthly payment plan you can do so within the 28 day return window. If you would prefer to pay off your remaining balance you will need to contact the NASM Member Services team.
