How to Return NutriBullet Items for a Refund:

1. Contact Customer Service In order to receive a refund, it is critical that you have a Return Authorization Number. Contact Customer Service within the first 30 days of delivery to receive a Return Authorization Number (valid for 7 days).

2. Package Your Item for Return: To ensure your package arrives to safely pack each item ordered in the original packaging, and remember to include all accessories, parts and pieces to receive a full refund.

3. Label Your Package: To receive the fastest credit possible, please use the "Return Label" on your invoice, which will have the correct return address printed on it. Simply cut along the dotted lines and attach the "Return Label" to the front of your package. You MUST write your Return Authorization Number clearly where indicated on the "Return Label".

4. Secure Your Package: The return must be shipped within 7 days of receiving a Return Authorization Number. Be sure to save the receipt for your records.

5. Receive Your Refund: Credit card purchases will be refunded to your credit card company the day we process your return.
