What is the Reef returns policy?

If – for whatever reason – you find yourself unsatisfied with your Reef order, there is a 30 day period from the date of delivery during which you can return your goods for a full refund. A pre-paid shipping label is included in every package, simply fill it out (contact customer service for a replacement label if needed) and ship it to the following address:
