All subscribers start off with a monthly package for $14.95 per month. What is the Scentbird return policy?

You have 15 days from delivery to return full-sized purchases or gift boxes for store credit. Scentbird does not accept returns for subscription boxes, but you can cancel your subscription at any time - just sign into your account, hover over your name and select ‘subscription status’ to view or edit.

Can I track my Scentbird order?

Yes! As soon as your fragrance is on its way to you, you’ll receive an email with the details and a link you need to track it.You can also track your order by signing into your Scentbird account and reviewing your orders.

How do I choose my fragrances from Scentbird?

Once you’ve subscribed to Scentbird, you’ve got 12 hours to select the fragrance you want for the month. Just log in and add scents to your queue from the list, and rearrange them as you wish. You can change this lineup for your second month, as long as you do so by the 3rd of each month. If you haven’t selected a fragrance, don’t stress - you’ll just be sent the featured fragrance of the month instead.
