Free shipping is available for all 4-week plan orders (both frozen and non-frozen). Whether it is a one-time 4-week plan order or a 4-week plan order on auto-delivery. If your 4-week plan order includes frozen and non-frozen food items, your order may be delivered in two separate shipments.

Success a La Carte members, shipping is free for all non-frozen food a la carte orders. A la carte orders for frozen food orders of $75 or more are also shipped for free. A $20 shipping charge shall apply to a la carte frozen food orders less than $75.

If you’re not satisfied with your first Nutrisystem order, call 1-800-727-8046 within the first 14 days and send the remaining food back for a full refund. The refund will subtract shipping costs. Good on new 4-Week plans, first order only. Limit one per customer.

This 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to all first time 4-week orders for Nutrisystem® Basic Uniquely Yours, Uniquely Yours Ultimate, Nutrisystem® D and Vegetarian plans.
