How do I use my Slendertone discount code?

When will my Slendertone product(s) arrive?

Slendertone aims to ship all products the same day between Monday and Friday, as long as they’re ordered before 1 PM. Your product will arrive between 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Can I cancel my Slendertone order?

As Slendertone processes all orders on the same day, you cannot cancel orders once they've been placed.

What is the Slendertone returns policy?

Within 60 days of receiving your product, you will be entitled to a full refund if you’re not satisfied with your Slendertone experience. Contact their customer service team on 1-800-551-2443 to request a return authorization number and the return address. Return shipping is not included in your refund.
