How long does shipping take with Stash Tea?

Stash Tea do everything possible to get your order to you as quickly and economically as they can! Standard shipping will be conducted by UPS or the US Postal Service and you should be able to expect your order to arrive within 1 – 3 days to addresses within the United States. Large shipments will be sent via UPS and can take 3 – 8 days. If you want your order to arrive faster, Stash Tea also offer Rush Delivery options. Is Stash Tea gluten free?

Stash Tea are great for actively maintaining signed statements from their suppliers to ensure all ingredients are 100% gluten free and ensure no barley malt is used in any of their blends. They also collect statements confirming all ingredients are free from milk, eggs, fish, crustacean shellfish, tree nuts, peanuts, wheat, and soybeans (the 8 US-recognized allergens), so the Stash Tea ranges should be safe for anyone to enjoy.

What materials does Stash Tea use to make their tea bags?

Stash Tea feel it’s their responsibility to only use the best ingredients and materials in their teas and tea bags to ensure totally environmentally-friendly products are made every time. To this end, their tea bags are made from 100% cellulose fibres (wood) and are completely compostable. No chlorine dioxide is present in any of Stash Tea’s bag filters and the filter paper isn’t coated with epichlorohydrin. The filter paper is machine folded and pressed, so no glue is needed or used in any stage of the creation of their wonderful teas.
