What is Theory’s returns policy?

So you’re purchase has arrived and it doesn’t fit as well as you’d hoped. We’ve all been there. Not to worry, Theory offers hassle-free returns on all products returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be as new, with all tags still in place. The only exception to this rule is any items purchased as ‘Final Sale’.

How do I unlock the Theory sale?

Once you’ve got your coupon code, click through to the Theory website and start shopping. When you’ve found everything your heart desires and added everything to your cart, make your way through to checkout and enter your code into the coupon code box. Click ‘apply’ then proceed to payment once your discount has been applied to your order total. It’s as easy as that!

What different shipping options does Theory offer?

All orders from Theory will benefit from free standard shipping. Users with a registered account can also benefit from free 3-day shipping. You can also upgrade to expedited shipping for $18 or express shipping for $25.
