What shipping options do Stein Mart offer?

Standard Ground shipping takes 3 to 5 business days. Most items will be shipped via Standard Ground service. Orders usually arrive within 3-5 business days after leaving the warehouse. Standard Ground Service can be delivered via UPS or the US Postal Service.

Expedited Delivery take 1 to 3 business days. If you choose to upgrade your shipping method, your order must be received and clear credit authorization by noon (EST) for Overnight and noon (EST) for Second Day or your order may not be processed until the following business day.

Can I return items to Stein Mart?

You can return your Stein Mart items with a valid receipt within 60 days.

Shipping costs paid on the order will only be refunded if the items received are defective, damaged, mis-shipped, short-shipped, or if your shipment contains a different item or color than what was ordered.

If your invoice did not include a pre-paid label, it is recommended that you use UPS or Insured Parcel Post for your return. Follow standard shipping instructions and send to the following address:
