Service Level | Delivery is super easy with In-Home White Glove delivery service. The delivery team will bring in and place your new mattress into your bedroom, unpack it and take away the packaging for you. (Delivery is up to 2 flights of stairs. Additional arrangements are subject to charge by the delivery carrier.) |
Scheduling Delivery | You will be called to arrange the delivery when your mattress has arrived at the local delivery carrier, approximately a week after order. Someone must be home to accept delivery. |
Timing & Delivery | From time of order, receive your mattress in about 1 to 2 weeks on Stearns and Foster and Sealy purchases, 2 to 3 weeks for all other brands anywhere in the continental 48 states that is road accessible. Check your zip code when selecting your delivery option for an estimated delivery date. |

US Mattress Free Shipping
US Mattress keeps their prices simple. What you see is what you pay. So shipping and handling are factored into the price. Meaning shipping is essentially always free!US Mattress Return Policy
- 30 day minimum for returns
- Mattresses are not eligible for refunds
Furniture Return Policy:
- Returns must be with 7 calendar days from the delivery date
- Customer will pay shipping and a 25% restocking fee
- Most furniture items are returnable excluding custom made items or any item with fabric, color or configuration selection
Linen Return Policy:
- Return available up to 30 days from delivery
- Customer responsible for the shipping fee back to the store
Clearance Return Policy:
- Clearance and overstock items, unpackaged linens, and custom-ordered product (such as, but not limited to, Matouk Linens and monogrammed linens from Sferra) are final sale and unable to be returned or exchanged.
