What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
3D Printing is a fairly new technology in the mass market and we felt we could offer it at an affordable price in a convenient location. We added laser cutting to further back the retail side of the business.

What do you love most about your job?
The ability to help people tell their stories in a unique way keeps things interesting. Every story is different and we love finding creative ways to express it in our products. Be it laser cutting or 3D printing, every piece is special, just like the stories that come along with them.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
Any time we can help someone cope with a loss it makes the long hours worth it. To see someone well up with emotions shows that we are doing at least something right! Allowing them to relive certain memories really makes our job something special for all of us.
