About American Fifth Spirits
Behind the scenes at American Fifth Spirits, an inventive team of distillers concocts a trio of spirits—Capital gin infused with juniper and ginger botanicals, Fat Five white whiskey made with locally sourced wheat and corn, and Hue vodka, also made with locally sourced wheat. Visitors can learn about each of these spirits in the handsomely appointed tasting room. The room itself mimics the style and sophistication of American Fifth's cocktail menu, staying true to the building's nearly century-long history with design accents such as exposed-brick walls, riveted steel beams, and a penny-top tasting bar surrounded by art-deco pieces.
