Body Listening

At Body Listening, licensed massage therapist and registered craniosacral therapist Diana Scammell draws upon a wide range of modalities to help clients feel better. These range from techniques such as Swedish massage for general relaxation to more specialized therapies such as cupping, a suction-based treatment that aims to draw inflammation out of muscles. Humans aren't the only species that can benefit from Scammell's services—she also practices Healing Touch for Animals (HTA), a form of touch therapy that helps four-legged pals recover from physical and psychological injury.
