Although they're cooking right here in Grand Rapids, the chefs at Bombay Cuisine work with flavors originating all the way in the subcontinent. Their menu features all of the familiar favorites, from slow-cooked tandoori chicken to braised lamb shank and savory chana masala. But specialty creations crop up from time to time, too, such as murg badami tikka, which consists of Amish organic chicken breast marinated with cardamom, mace, yogurt, and a blend of Indian spices. These dishes pairs with a diverse selection of drinks, including martinis, wine, and Michigan-made beers on draft. Diners enjoy Bombay Cuisine's delicacies inside its stylish, modern dining room, or out on its patio, where signature orange sails flutter above to provide shade and a landing target for hungry skydivers.
