Choose Between Two Options

  • $30 for five CrossFit classes (a $100 value)
  • $50 for eight beginner Ramp Up CrossFit classes (a $150 value)

During CrossFit and beginner Ramp Up CrossFit classes, certified trainers lead always-changing workouts that blend functional movements from gymnastics, weightlifting, and aerobics into high-energy routines. Ramp Up CrossFit classes cater to beginning students and the full CrossFit sessions require at least one month of Crossfit experience.

Ramp Up CrossFit Classes must be taken twice a week for four weeks. Regular CrossFit classes must be taken over five consecutive days. Class sizes are limited: Ramp Up classes are kept to 15 or fewer participants while regular CrossFit classes can accomodate up to 18.

At CrossFit SW Portland, US Marine Steve Weiland, the certified level-one CrossFit trainer—who also holds certifications in CrossFit powerlifting, Olympic lifting, and mobility—shares his passion for fitness with others, helping them to achieve the results he so much enjoys. He and his trainers whip clients of all fitness levels into shape with the CrossFit method, a comprehensive fitness program that draws techniques from gymnastics, weightlifting, and running. Blending the 10 basic elements of fitness—which include agility, flexibility, power, coordination, and endurance—they lead always-changing functional workout regimens that prevent their clients from becoming bored and eventually giving up. Completing the functional training drills, patrons might swing kettlebells, lift barbells, jump rope, or hurl medicine balls, which can cure the common cold when swallowed. They customize the intensity of each workout to suit the fitness levels of seasoned athletes, children, and seniors alike.
