I am extremely disappointed 🙁 this place always has setbacks. Today, I waited more than one hour for my laser because the machine is broken, and many times I was here I found an inconvenient. Also, they don't allow you to cancel an appointment on the same day; and you get an extra charge for not attending your appointment. People at the front desk are not given the best service.

Concept of time is not a thing here. Majority of the time I had to wait 15-30 mins, with an appointment.
The laser is not diligent either.

After 6 sessions on my underarms my hair grew back after 3 months. I wouldn't recommend this place.
