The office personnel was very friendly and welcoming upon my arrival. Cassie was my hygienist and Justin was her assistant. I experienced outstanding service. Ms. Cassie kept me informed of the process. The digital photos taken during my cleaning allowed me to see exactly what was going on inside my mouth. The dentist was professional. A wonderful atmosphere with caring personnel!

Hands down great experience all around. My hygienist Cassie was articulate and thorough in explaining/performing each step of the procedure. Already scheduled for my next 6-Month dental work.

Great experience today, they were punctual, courteous, informative relative dental care and I received the best cleaning ever. Not only are my teeth really clean but surprisingly much whiter. I would recommend them to anyone wanting the same experience.

Cassie was terrific in Cleaning my teeth. Best experience I have ever had in my life, of 70 years.Modern technology helped a lot ! Kristin was very thorough in explaining what is going to be done, how & why in the initial interview. This is what got me to come in for the actual 1st appointment. Dr. Reichwage also told me “we are here to help you, at your pace. We will go as far as we can, or can’t and won’t keep you here if is not going well for you”. That made me feel very comfortable & relaxed. He is a prince in putting together the staff that he has here. They all asked about my family, probably to put me further at ease, but no other dentist ever did that in the past 60+ years of dental visits———or better yet described as dental misery. Would highly recommend F. W. Smiles !
