Horrible! The hotel did not have our reservation and I was messaging Groupon for hours and then attempts to get the situation resolved. I was told by Groupon that I’d be receiving a email with the information. The hotel needed. I have yet to receive this email. It’s been over two weeks.

The way luxury hotels used to be! Beautiful, modern and luxurious! It’s been a while since I’ve stayed in a hotel this nice… so few are maintained well these days. Loved the bathrobe - wish I could have bought one to bring home with me. The room was quiet and well-appointed. Dinner at the in-house restaurant was tasty and the property is convenient to accessing the Riverwalk. At check-in, the reception representative worked hard to find a room that met our preferred criteria (and was successful in doing that!). Thankful that we didn’t have to park, as that is a bit pricey. We did not have breakfast, so can’t comment on that.

The best in San Antonio This was me and my husband's first time traveling to San Antonio and besides the food this hotel will be the only reason we return. The service was top tier, the location is ideal, and the drinks at the bar were amazing! Housekeeping kept our room immaculate and stocked with necessities without us having to ask. She even left us a hand written note welcoming us! Whenever we visit in the future I wouldn’t dare look anywhere to stay! Intercontinental has won me over!

Great Riverwalk location without the noise This hotel made for a great get-away weekend to San Antonio. Zhyryhla at the front desk made sure we loved our accommodations and was so patient with all of our questions. The hotel has easy access to the Riverwalk, which is a plus. Everyone at the hotel was friendly and the room was clean and felt new. Breakfast was delicious. Restaurant/bar options were very good and I highly recommend relaxing on the deck with the pool after walking along the river. We will definitely be back.
