It was super fun for our family to jump around a lot, but the lack of cleanliness was apparent and a bit disturbing. I saw a gentleman walking around sanitizing various surfaces, but the foam pieces in the foam pits had definitely never been cleaned. They were visibly disgustingly dirty. Years of sweaty bodies. Those foam pieces should be replaced from time to time.
Also, there's a dangerous area in the outer net by the parkour area where our son almost fell through to the concrete. This is definitely an area that needs repaired.

We had tons of fun being here together as a family, but the lack of cleanliness means we probably won’t return. I understand they sanitize surfaces regularly, but looking at the foam pieces in the foam pit, it’s easy to see that they’ve never been replaced. Years and years of sweaty bodies accumulated in foam.
Also, there was a dangerous area in the net around the edge of the obstacle course area. Our son almost fell through it and hit the concrete

I took my grandsons, 4 and 8. They were having a great time untill a bigger kid hit my 8 year old grandson in the face while playing dodgeball.

Get Air Indoor Trampoline Park offers wall-to-wall trampolines, dunk lanes, long tumbling tracks, and an extreme trampoline dodgeball court. Get Air brings the backyard trampoline experience indoors—and then takes it to the next level. Individually sewn trampolines cover thousands of square feet on the main court, sitting flat or at an angle to the wall. Visitors have ample room to bounce through the air or fling themselves into foam pits.
In addition to the open-jump areas, Get Air includes separate sections for trampoline dodgeball games and gravity-defying slam dunks on padded basketball hoops.
