  • The wind ensemble: It employs a flexible instrumentation of winds, brass, and percussion to perform everything from standard concert band works to contemporary compositions. Flutist Lorna McGhee will join the ensemble for this concert.
  • What you’ll hear: The program will feature five distinct pieces, including “Huldigungsmarsch” by Richard Wagner, “Verticals Ascending” by Henry Brant, and “Bells for Stokowski” by Michael Daughterty.
