Tremonti and Trivium: The HardDrive Live Tour
Tremonti: Mark Tremonti, Creed’s lead guitarist and the frontman of Alter Bridge, has spread his Grammy-winning riffs into yet another project. This time, though, those riffs are loaded with two tons of solid metal and painted a brutal black. Hits such as “Gone” and “Radical Change” show off Mark’s new speed-metal edge, which is twisted even further thanks to the talents of Van Halen bassist, Wolfgang Van Halen.
Trivium: This thrash force from Florida has sold more than a million records, trespassed at Metal Hammer’s “Trespass America Festival,” co-headlined with death-metal giants In Flames, and provided sonic carnage for the game God of War III.
Wilson: Their debut 2013 album—whose general attitude is apparent in its R-rated title—earned Wilson a spot on stage with Five Finger Death Punch and Motörhead. Their new release, Right to Rise, sees the headbanging quintet growling about their hometown, Detroit, with the same disregard for propriety.
