Before he was a roundtable regular on E’s Chelsea Lately, Josh Wolf was honing his comedic chops behind the scenes, writing for UPN’s All of Us and Cuts. But he still longed to be in front of the camera. After getting his break on Last Comic Standing in 2006, he scored acting gigs for My Name is Earl and Raising Hope, toured with Larry the Cable Guy, and earned a hosting gig for his own late-night talk show, The Josh Wolf Show. Between writing for TV and for himself (the New York Times Best-Selling author released It Takes Balls: Dating Single Moms and Other Confessions from an Unprepared Single Dad in 2013), Wolf criss-crosses the country sharing his no-holds-barred takes on everything from current events to marriage in his signature conversational style.
Zanies is more than a comedy club. It's comedy history. Founded in 1978 in Chicago, the original location played a major role in the early careers of some of today's biggest laughmakers, including Jay Leno, Richard Lewis, and Jerry Seinfeld. Now spread out to locations in Illinois and Tennessee, Zanies continues to host leading witty talent on its laughter-amplifying stages.
