Dash was not cleaned and lower side panels neither washed or waxed. Lots of hoopla, little action. Disheartened after tipping the guy too, but it was a $25 lesson of where not to go. As a retired AF officer I appreciate the owners motif, but as I stated, there has to be equivalent service and that is lacking. I'm not looking for anything further, because in a business you have to impress the first and everytime.

After washing your car they left a lot of water spots on the windows and left the rugs in the truck which gave a bad odor smell. Other then that the steam cleaning was great.
