The Hot Stone Express Teaser

Allow yourself to stop and pause for a moment of rejuvenation. This mini teaser helps to relax your muscles, relieve any pain when you only have a moment to spare which could be done on your lunch break. The areas we address are the neck, shoulders and back.

Swedish /Bodywork/ Relaxation Massage

With this massage we use firm pressure to release the tight sore muscles that are causing your body stress and tension along with gliding strokes and tools to slip you into a state of relaxation with a heated table, warm socks, light strecthing and choice of spa or jazz music 75 minutes.

The Hot Stone Massage

60 minutes- this massage leaves you feeling like you want to melt away! It eases muscle stiffness and increases circulation with smooth massage stones that are worked in with our techniques. They are used on key points of the body to relax the muscles on a heated table with warm socks and towels ,light stretching and choice of spa or jazz music selection.

90 minutes- This is an extension of the 60 minute massage but allows your body to relax even longer and take in the heated therapy even longer.

Swedish Couples Bodywork/Relaxation Massage (Independence Only)

Our Swedish Couples massage are a delight for both individuals to relax, refresh and rejuvenate with this Swedish massage that uses smooth and gliding strokes with light to firm pressure to relieve any tension, stress and pains in the body on a heated table, warm and towels and choice of spa or jazz music selection.

The Hot Stone Couples Massage (Independence only)

Our Rockstar couples session is an extension of the Swedish couples massage but this session leaves you feeling like you want to melt away! It eases muscle stiffness and tension, relieves pain, increases circulation and aids in faster recovery of the muscles. The warm basalt stones are used on key points of the body for relief and relaxation a heated table, warm socks and towels with choice of jazz or spa music selection.

Prenatal Massage 2nd & 3rd trimester only

During pregnancy a woman’s body undergoes some incredible changes. Getting a massage helps to reduce stress, relieve backaches, stiff neck, leg cramps, headaches and decrease swelling leaving mom to be feeling relaxed and amazing.

Therapeutic Massage

Our therapeutic massage is designed to relieve pain and is designed for your specific needs. We use a combination of techniques and tools, trigger point and the right amount of pressure to address your problem areas. Deep tissue can be used in this session to address deeper problems of injuries, overuse of muscles if needed. Your body will leave feeling stress free, pain free and a release of chronic muscle tension, on a heated table, warm socks and towels.
