What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition? When you hear boot camp, most people are intimidated. We set up a program that anyone can do no matter what fitness level you're at. If you're new to working out or looking to take yourself to the next level, we will push you and help you achieve your fitness needs. Boot camp can be fun.
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged? Our workouts are 30 minutes, so we jam pack it with fat burning moves that keep you burning calories for up to 48 hours after your workout. Each day we change up the workout to keep your body guessing what's next. Before you know it, your 30 minutes is up and you can go on to concur your day.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business? I have a background in business. I have always loved to workout and help others so one day I decided to pursue my passion and become a certified personal trainer. I love what I do and it shows when I teach boot camp or train clients one-on-one. Fitness is a journey and we're here to help.
What do you love most about your job? I love fitness and showing people you don't have to spend hours in a gym to achieve the goals you're trying to reach. With guidance, you can see fast results. You can also make friends along the way to help support you in your journey. If I can help someone get fit, I have achieved my goal.
