Ly was a wonderful lash technician.very friendly and put me at ease for my first lash lift experience. She explained everything well and was very knowledgeable. She allowed more time for my lashes to process because of its thick and coarse texture. They came out great. It's been 2 weeks and they still maintain the curl and are not dry or brittle. Salon is clean with good customer service.
