About Roxy at Eldorado Resorts
In between hitting the gaming tables and catching a show, guests at Eldorado Resort can fill up at one of the many onsite restaurants. Along with a brewpub, buffet, and all-American eatery, Eldorado is host to a number of concept spots.
Roxy: Equipped with a wood-fired oven, Roxy is a fine-dining spot with a European bistro vibe. Patrons here sip craft cocktails and cut into filet mignon dripping with béarnaise, though some opt to head to the patio and sample the fish at Sushi Sake, which is also host to live music.
Hidden Pizza: For a more casual, though no less delicious, dining experience, Hidden Pizza dishes up New York–style pies laden with anchovies, meatballs, and shaved garlic. It also stays open late to accommodate after-hours cravings.
La Strada: Of course there's more to Italian food than pizza, and the intimate La Strada more than makes up for it. From antipasti to dolci, classics include risotto with pan-seared scallops, veal marsala, and panna cotta, and meals are made complete with selections from the award-winning wine list.
Pho Mein: As its name suggests, Pho Mein serves Vietnamese and Chinese noodle dishes for sit-down and takeaway. Opt for cold noodles with barbecue pork, or go for a street-food staple banh mi sandwich.
