Mendo TechNet prides ourselves on our customer service. We encourage our customer's to ask questions and love having the opportunity to teach those who wish to learn more about their technology.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We started Mendo TechNet to help fill the Need for a Nerd in our Ukiah Community. To give people the answers they seek without having to charge them a ton of money. Everyone Needs a Nerd sometimes, and we believe that we can help deliver that help.

What do you love most about your job?
We love showing people from every generation how to use their computer and technology more effectively, whether through optimizing their phone or computer, cleaning up viruses, or teaching people how to convert files to pdf's.

What is the best reaction you've ever gotten from a customer?
