Megatot Classes are offered for children ages 1-5 and Gymstar Classes for ages 6+.

What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
Inspired by the ability to demonstrate strength, balance and body control through the sport of gymnastics, the owner; Mike Rizzuto, started coaching gymnastics in 1973. He attended a coaching seminar in Moscow, U.S.S.R., building the NGA program around what he learned.
