It was a beautiful sightseeing! But it was a noisy with small children, some are under 2 years old it’s too long for them set in one place with nothing to do. For something like that should have some toys or something like maybe children’s music or some fun book stories read out loud on speaker!!!! Thank

It was ok. Scenery was mostly woods and the back of people's houses. Probably wouldn't do it again. Speaker kept dimming out so missed a lot of what they were saying. Pizza was domino's so eh but at the end they brought out brownies that were pretty good. The museum was really cool though.

Darn, it was raining. Still enjoyed the scenery and the ride. Me (gramma) and my son had his 4 yo son and 2 yo daughter with us. The kids seemed to be excited and interested. The conductor let my grandson punch his own ticket. That made him feel like a part of it all. The museum is very interesting the the kids and adults. We all had a good experience on the train and nice time visiting Duluth. This trip was on Father's Day. My grandson was very proud to take his dad on the train.

About North Shore Scenic Railroad

The Lakefront Line of the North Shore Scenic Railroad was built in 1886 to haul freight and passengers to the developing region. More than a century later, the North Shore Scenic Railroad operates excursion trains along the same path, offering residents and tourists alike a taste of old-fashioned transportation and unspoiled natural splendor. Train excursions hug the shoreline of Lake Superior for a part of the route, then lead into the majestic north woods. Riders travel along the tracks in vintage train cars during daily tours held throughout the spring, summer, and fall, as well as special excursions such as elegant dinner train trips and the annual fall beer-tasting train.
