I had a spa pedi an a regular manicure and I was happy with the results. The owner and staff are very friendly. The lobby’s ambiance is relaxing. If you are looking for somewhere that uses good products, without the abrasive and harshness on your hands and feet you will enjoy the experience. Parking is a challenge, so give yourself an additional 5 minutes to find a park.

I treated my husband and I to there couples spa package for his birthday and let me tell you it was worth every penny plus more. The service was amazing and the atmosphere is so relaxing. Definitely will be going back.

I wasn't satisfied with what I saw on my lashes or the shape of my brows. Meghan applied again. Still didnt see much change but I did appreciate the effort to rectify. Jen left me a gift at the counter which was really kind because my mom had just passed.

I had a great experience at Novi! It was my first time getting my lashes and brows tinted and I wish I had done it sooner! Also, they gave such nice service and pampering, I would go back just for the 30 minutes or so of pampering. I will continue to go back whenever I need a touch up. I highly recommend this place for brows and lashes!
