About Prairie Bay
The most important thing to know about Prairie Bay is that they love food! Whether cooking, serving, eating, or just talking about it, food is their profession and passion. Everything is fresh, their menu is built around seasonal and local products: Prairie Bay's chef has formed great relationships with over forty farmers who supply fresh produce directly to the restaurant, without any middlemen. Chef Matt Annand uses these ingredients to create pasta dishes, steaks, seafood or pork entrees, and, restaurant's signature item, bruschetta.
Prairie Bay is a restaurant that strives to be a place of support for the local community. Every second Thursday they pick a different non-profit group and prepare wine and appetizers night for those who decide to donate to the charity.
