Jay was great, he work alone and the carpet looks great. I will definitely only have Proserv America take care of any carpet or furniture cleaning that I need. I will be acquiring Proserv America atleast four times a year. I had my living rooms, stairs, four bedrooms, and furniture cleaned and he took his time and made sure that I was satisfied with his service. I give him a AA+.
