In your own words, how would you describe your menu?
Our menu is designed by what we found our customers crave. Culinary Chef Hector takes great pride in using only fresh ingredients daily. Preparing Fresh Salsa with the flavor that you want, with the heat and spice that you crave, to enjoy on your order or to take some home. Chef Hector has studied international culinary in many countries, and uses these influences in his Mexican cuisine.
What made you want to work with food? When did you first develop that passion?
Chef Hector, the youngest of 13 children, developed his passion for the culinary field starting at home. His biggest influence was his mother, although not schooled in the culinary field, her passion for food was great and the traditions she brought to her recipes could be tasted in every bite.
What’s the best reaction you’ve ever gotten from a customer?
The best reaction I get is “its the best I ever had.” or “I couldn’t wait to get here to satisfy my craving.”

All our food is made fresh daily. The Food Trailer is owned and operated by Culinary Chef Hector.
Chef Hector is also a private chef. Catering is available.
