The beginner program includes up to 12 classes, generally held Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at 7:15 p.m. The program also includes nutritional guidance and instruction on proper form for functional-movement exercises.
Mixed in among his personal-training and CrossFit accomplishments, RedDoor CrossFit owner and head coach Joe Kasprzycki was once a command fitness leader in the US Navy—so he knows how to push groups through intense workouts. Joe applies his past experience to CrossFit sessions at RedDoor, where he keeps class sizes small in order to provide personal attention to every exerciser and attention-hungry kettlebell.
