Reflections Therapeutic Massage's Mission. To provide high quality deep tissue massage therapy focusing on long term solutions for clients’ issues with pain and stress. In support of this mission our studio takes consistent action to grow massage therapy as a profession by: Working diligently to maintain a highly supportive environment. This fosters both the growth of our clients and of ourselves as therapists and staff. Striving to provide our own highest level of care to every client during every session. Nurturing clients, therapists, and staff with warm, open, and caring professionalism. Creating and maintaining friendly and relaxing massage therapy studios. Promoting equality and diversity in our workplace with intentional anti-racist and anti-sexist policies. Fostering clients, therapists, and staff working together towards the achievement of the client's’ personal health and life goals. Challenging ourselves as therapists and staff to research, learn, and grow our skills. Creating and implementing continuing education workshops and trainings for advanced massage therapy. Knowing when the client is better served working with a different practitioner or modality. Either in addition to our work, or instead of our work. And maintaining a network of great referral partners in other wellness practices. Educating the public about the many benefits of massage therapy.
