What services does your business offer and what makes your business stand out from the competition?
We are full-service fitness facility offering a wide range of products from personal training, group fitness, massage therapy, spinning, and much more. Need laundry service and a free hour of parking - towels and shampoo? We can take care of you!
Exercise is challenging. How do you keep clients motivated and engaged?
As a personal trainer, it is our responsibility to hold you accountable to your goals. We promote a fun atmosphere with some of the best supportive and welcoming clientele in the Columbus region.
What was the inspiration to start or run this business?
We have been in business for years but have recently undergone new ownership. With this new ownership, we are looking to grow, modernize, and change the lives of others while providing the best customer service and fitness facility there is to offer in downtown Columbus.
What do you love most about your job?
The clientele. They make this gym what it is - from the group fitness classes to the squash and golf tournaments (we have 2 newly renovated courts!) they encourage and push each other as well as love welcoming new members. You will really feel welcome in our environment.
